    Thanks Darren, I haven’t used
Thanks Darren, I haven’t used the ‘domestic’ hookup yet, (The cord is a little short given that we live on the fifth floor!) and I suspect we will only be using the electricity in campsites, so the orange one looks like the one we’ll be using most.

    cheers

Suz, I have looked at a couple of small safes with mounting holes. We only have a SWB transit, so unfortunately there aren’t many places where it can go, under the bed is pretty much the only place where it can be bolted to the floor.

MG, had thought along those lines, and was considering using a plate of steel under side of the floor to help resist any efforts to pry if off the floor. Should they get some sort of bar under an edge of it from the top side, hopefully it will stop them taking the whole safe. Welding the nuts on the underneath seems like a good idea.

If they want to get in, I guess they will get in, just need to minimize losses!!

    thanks
    Dave

That road looks amazing, however Fred, our trusty 89 SWB transit, might struggle there, and he is not that light on the steering! So to avoid a nasty recovery, or coming unstuck vs some on coming traffic, think it’s best we leave that till next time.

Will def look at the alps as you suggest though.

    cheers

Spain is pretty much the only place we aren’t going, having done several weekend holidays there over the years, but if you have any advice on France, it will be very well received.

We are driving along the south coast, through to Toulouse, back to Lyon, Geneva, then up through Burgundy into Champagne and Bastogne if you have any ideas there??
