Waiting in Sagres, Portugal

We’re waiting to leave Sagres. We’re waiting for a package from a friend. The package is taking longer then usual.

However, we’ve sort of fallen in love with Sagres. A bit of a nothing town really, but with lovely beaches, walks, cliffs, and bars. We’ve slowly found this out whilst walking around, whilst waiting.

Everyday we’ve been going to the post office in Sagres, only for the post master, Senhor Carlos Dias, to shake his head at us.

We’re not going to the post office tomorrow (Thursday). We’re going to spend the day at the beach, and then check the mail on Friday.

Today is hot. Like one of the best summer days in Cornwall. And it’s not even mid April. I need to get the cooling fan installed in the van soon.
