It’s yet another beautiful day at Malhao. Steve and I go for a surf in the morning. We get chatting to a Portuguese guy and his German friend. They are Diogo and Peter. After our surf we chat more to the guys. They are really nice and Diogo talks to us about Portugal. Later in the day a British couple turn up, as Diogo has told them about Malhao. The couple (Ian and Diana) are from Newlyn in Cornwall. We all get chatting and are having a good old time. We go for a surf in the evening. At about 20:30 they all head off back to Milfontes, as they are all staying there. They invite us to go for dinner, but Steve and I are not too sure as we are tired. We decide to join them. We drive to town and met them at a bar. We go to a restaurant and have a great dinner. It’s great having Diogo there for translations. We all have a great night. Steve and I are really glad we went in the end. We drive back to Malhao to camp.
