Toledo and onto Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain

I check out of the campsite and hit the road. I drive to the campsite on the edge of Madrid. My GPS unit takes me there without stress, except for a moment when I go through the airport.

When I am checking into the campsite Steve comes over. He had a little more trouble finding the place, but got here ok.

When I am checking into the campsite Steve comes over. He had a little more trouble finding the place, but got here ok. We setup and decide we should stay here a couple of nights, and then find somewhere in the city to stay, to get the full flavour of Madrid.

I take a bike ride around the nearby park. The park is massive, full of interesting sites, and a lot of concrete! I see lots of South Americans. There are lots of people fishing in the lakes, and I see a few guys land small carp.

In the evening Steve and I have quite a few beers in the campsite bar, which is pretty good.
