Reconditioning the stove

My mate Jess said that I could borrow his gas stove. It hasn’t been used for a long time and has collected a bit of rust from being stored in the garage. It needed a big clean.

I took it all apart.

I used a wire brush drill attachment to remove all of the rust.

I degreased and cleaned all of the parts.

I painted the stove with white hammerite paint.

I painted the stove with white hammerite paint. I did not paint the alloy part when the grill tray sits. I then reassembled the stove, adjusting a few bits so that they fitted better.
