Rainy day in Porto Covo and Sines, Alentejo, Portugal

It’s a warm clear day in the morning. I drive to Sines to do some shopping. The winds are onshore and the waves are un-surfable. I find the Intermache and do my shopping. I drive to a spot last week where I go an internet connection, and take care of some overdue internet jobs. I stop at the Lidl at the way back to Porto Covo.

Whilst driving back a shower turns into proper rain, the first proper rain we have had in months.

The weather forecast is for strong onshore winds and massive surf for the next week or more. Craig has mentioned that he might drive to the south coast of the Algarve, which seems like a good idea.
