You are having a laugh yes?
You are having a laugh yes? Temperatures of near 30 degrees during the day and 15 at night and your worried about heating in a small van with at least 4 people in it. If i was you i’d be getting a fan to cool things down.KS

kitesurferParticipantYep my waeco fridge doesn’t
Yep my waeco fridge doesn’t work properly when i go snowboarding in the alps each year but its not really an issue there as i keep the stuff i need cold outside. I did find however that a setting of 5 was enough to freeze the freezer compartment.KS

kitesurferParticipantOn my last sprinter i had to
On my last sprinter i had to remove the sliding door. The door never ever shut properly again. I replaced all the components spent hours getting it adjusted right following the correct mercedes procedure. In my opinion £150 is a bargain to get someone else to do it for you. It can be a nightmare.
That said it can also be easy. My latest van played up in the alps this winter when the condensation on the sliding door melted and then froze the sliding door rubber making the door very hard to close. This resulted in the striker latch moving and the latch inside the door broke. This time it was a simple fix. The parts are relatively cheap so i suggest you replace them before attempting any adjustment of the door. If it doesn’t then work, don’t waste your time and get someone else to do it. Good luck.KS
