Arrifana and Mareta, Algarve, Portugal

It’s warm and sunny this morning. The waves are a bit of a mess in the morning, as the tide is low. This beach is best at high tide, which is midday. I relax by reading in the morning. A little after lunch I decide to have a surf. The waves are a little bigger than yesterday, but I have a good surf.

I decide to drive to Mareta beach at Sagres.

I decide to drive to Mareta beach at Sagres. I am keen to meet up with some friends; Paul, Bas and Teresa. At Mareta I find there is no one else there. In the evening a couple of other vans appear, but I do not know the people. I spend the night there.
