The box almost finished. The top sheet was made to overhang by about 10mm all round to form a drip. I sealed between the top and the sides with some grey gutter sealant. I’ve fitted a prop which I’ve bolted through the side of the lower half. That handle is similar to the one on the front of the cupboard in the shower. I went on to fix some beading to the inside behind the joint between the top and base to add more weatherproofing. The D-handle I had in stock but had to buy the hasp and staple and padlock. I reckon total cost about 120 quid.
