A view from the back showing the ceiling lights temporarily in place (no carpet on at this stage yet-waiting for money as usual). Nice effect though. I’m into good lighting. You can see the table leg in the middle of the picture. When I fitted it, it suddenly struck me that I may have made the bed/bench too high in my enthuiasm for storage space beneath. When I thought about it even more I realised that there would be a noticeable difference in height between the swivel seat and the bench seat. Oh CRAP! On reflection though, I could’ve made the bench/bed a little lower but there would still have been a difference in height between the two seats. I made the table a bit higher by means of a 2 inch spacer I turned on my lathe in the workshop. The table will seat two, side by side and the swivel seat used by yours truly to lie back and watch telly on. Sorted.
