Due to my observance (fear?) of the correct air spacing around the likes of the fridge and cooker, I found the vent for the gas exhaust to be a tad short to reach the outside of the van. After a few days wandering around testing diameters of unguarded tubes about the place, I stumbled upon the rotary dryer which was stored for the winter. I cut 4 inches off the bottom of it and sneaked it out. Haven’t told the girlfriend yet…The pipework on the fridge was cleaned of dead things and dust prior to a coat of black Hammerite smooth, just to add some longevity to it.
