This is it, my very own, from the floor up, conversion project. In its earliest of phases however, as i won’t be collecting it until after Easter!
I have bought, on eBay, this 1994 white Mercedes 308D, (with power steering!) which has a full service history from the mercedes dealership no less. The mileage is higher than i would have liked at 195K but they go on and on i’m told.
I particularly like this model, the ground clearance is amazing and for me the style just shouts intrepid African adventure!
Well its good to dream and many of us wouldn’t take on this scale of work if dreams didnt come with the territory, know what i mean…
