No surf for a week in Porto Covo, so onto Estremoz, Alentejo, Portugal

In the morning Steve and I check the internet. There are strong onshore winds for the next week, so no surf here or anywhere along the coast. We decide to head into Madrid. I have to pass this way to get to Barcelona in two weeks time. We head off separately, maybe meeting in Estremoz.

I drive for a while and eventually catch-up with Steve on a road.

I drive for a while and eventually catch-up with Steve on a road. We stop for a coffee somewhere, and continue on. We arrive in Estremoz in the rain, but find an ok looking dirt car park and park up for the night.

We head into town for a drink and food. The town is old and well laid out. We explore the castle and find somewhere for food.
