Camper Van Radio is a wonderful album featuring camper van adaptions of classic songs.  The songs are written, performed and produced by Kludo White.  He is clearly a talented man.

From the website:

I'm a huge campervan enthusiast, and the maker of CampervanLife.com. I believe everyone can convert their own campervan, and enjoy a great lifestyle with it.

  1. The Winner is…
And the winner of the Camper Van Radio CD is Ruby! Well Done!

Well, Ruby is the name of the camper van in the second comment. The person didn’t leave their name, but I do have your email address. I’ll email you now.

    Thanks to everyone than entered.

  2. Best day ever
The best holiday I ever had was the drive in my brother’s Caravelle up the A82 from Glasgow to Glen Nevis where I spent a few days camping. On the 3rd day the weather was clear enough to climb the mighty Ben Nevis. About halfway up I got call on my mobile to tell me I was an uncle.
I will never forget the generosity of my brother for lending me his precious Caravelle nor the amazing journey it took me on. I have a few precious photos from that trip. Best ever!

    Scott

  3. Sprinter camper
Bought my standard 311 Merc Sprinter last year, after a year of work i’m say 80% finished, have had lots of trips in ‘Buster’ so far, roll on the summer so that I can roll out in Buster again.

  4. Camper Concept…
I have been bitten by the bug…. but want to make my own…. done a canal boat… but not wheels….here is my first draft concept…..based up a Ducata / Boxer / Relay short wheel base…. what to the ‘old hands’ think?

  5. its my ambition to own a T25
its my ambition to own a T25 and i will some day

  6. Ruby
Ruby is our ‘new’ T4 that we bought as a Panel van last year and have converted, its designed with our needs and tastes in mind and we love it – so much so our 3 year old burst into tears when i took it to work as she wanted to do the school run in it!

Its bought the family closer together and really made us appreciate family as opposed to flights.

Shows are good as well 🙂

  7. Ginny the 65 Split
A part from my wife and mother, the old girl, sweet-Virginia (a US import), is my 1965 Splittie and pride and joy. I bought her on ebay in 2007 for my 30th birthday present to self! They are always the best! She has since changed my life and created many opportunities for me plus now an income through renting it for holidays in france. A slight change from my career vocation in London. The main thing about Ginny is the joy she brings to people and the fun times I, my wife and friends have spent travelling in her. Being red and white she draws attention and a crowd wherever she is parked and creates many interesting conversations with strangers. She has driven us into life long friendships with other vw owners. Long live the split!
