So, after a lot of discussion and thinking, Abs and I have moved to Brighton. Whilst we love to travel, we actually need a break from it. For 2 reasons
1. Abs needs to train for a profession – she is going to train to be a hair dresser, and Brighton is one of the best places to do it.
2. I need to get lots of work done – My todo lists are so big, they need todo lists to manage them all. I have lots I want to do. I am very disciplined, but working out of the van is not the most productive office space.
We have a flat in Hove.
Today the van passed its MOT, without any problems. A few simple advisories, the same old ones.
Today I got a parking permit for the van, so it can be parked right outside, on the road.
We will be regularly taking the van out for trips locally. We are just a few hours away from Dover/France and also the Newhaven ferry. So stay tuned for 2012 travels!
