Wild camping in Scotland
It’s legal in Scotland to wild camp, so long as you follow the Outdoor Access Code. We have had The Right to Roam since 2003. Only current restrictions are East side of Loch Lomond for half the year, they may bring in further restrictions around this loch in 2015 though. Reason for restrictions are due to lager louts not respecting the land, nature and locals. So like I said Google the “Outdoor Access Code” and try to leave no trace you were there.
