You can buy anti-frost elements for water tanks. http://www.caktanks.co.uk/ sell them. Download their catalogue and search for frost.
It’s quite a bit of work to frost proof a camper van. You’ll need lots of lagging on any pipes, anti-frost element on the fresh water tank, Most people leave their waste tank tap open, with a bucket underneath. Then empty the bucket whenever it thaws.
