re your transit lwb hightop
Im drawn to getting a transit , have been looking at the crew cabin/welfare transits that are often on sale online they look to me to be good for converting, I am sure they are ex railtrack ones.So I will be keen to see how you get on converting your transit hope it works out well for you 🙂re your transit lwb hightop

Hiya Colidog,I too am new to this whole campervan conversion business and am in the process of asking for advice and researching the subject. I have found a book on Amazon that is really useful, written by an average joe converting a van. I have found it very useful and if you want a good read, look for “Camper Van Conversion” by Colin Grace. I think I splashed out 14 pounds for a paperback copy of it, but I think it was well spent for a newbie like me. You can also get it as an electronic download or on a CD.
