finally found motorhome parking after a few wrong turns. Great place right next to Forum Tram Stop. 30 euros for 24 hours, electricity, showers and toilets and free Wifi. It’s basically just a massive carpark, full of campers and truckdrivers but with security.
Barcelona is gorgeous but much bigger than we realised. we bought a 10 card travel pass and wandered around near the old town first, loads of little alleyways, picasso museum. then we went to Park Guell (Guadi Park) amazing view of the city with really weird but wonderful architecture down below.
We had plans of Paella for dinner, but it was so hot getting around the city and the kids were knackered that we went straight to font magica and got cold drinks and crappy food from the bar there. Amazing sights and huge fountains that change colour in time with music. its on from 9-11pm thursday to sunday but frank spent most of that time queueing for the toilet with the kids!! make sure you go to the loo before you get there.
