Hi, just joined the forum having bought an empty 2018 Citroen Relay L3H2 to convert for my wife and I and the dog now the kids are old enough to holiday without us. I am sure i’ll be back for advice as the project progresses but first need to deal with some holes in the floor……. Yes, i was blinded by everything about the van being just right and didn’t check the ply-lining which had been screwed to the floor. The holes are quite clean with little rust, my first thought has been to drill out the holes a little and paint them and to close them with a short M5 bolt from above with a rubber grommet and nylock nut below as the main seal, with lots of dicht-fix type roof sealer above and below, or weld the hole closed, or use body filler. Dont care about cosmetics, just function to stop water leaks and future rust. Any advice gratefully received.

I used bolts on my van 13 years ago, to seal holes in the floor.
Cleaned it well before hand, painted it all afterwards.
    Still going string today.
