I am in the US and have recently begun searching for a camper van. I’m planning on touring around the country for several months and am very excited! I came across the website and I hope to find advice and coolness here to help me on my campervan journey. My first questions would obviously include asking for purchasing advice.
Also are most of the people in these forums not in the US? It seems there’s a large amount in the EU and UK.The really strange question I have is if anyone has had experience traveling long term with their pets. I want to have my cat with me but would not want her to be miserable.

Most of readers here are from the UK.
If you are touring for several months I would recommend quite a big van. Something at least 6 metres in length. it is definitely worth it for the storage space.
I know several people who have travelled with their pets, and have had no problems. But of course, this all depends on your pet 🙂
