Just thought I’d create a post. Bought recently, plan to use lots and also really tidy it up.
Good bits
Mattress and bench foam I bought new and have zipped covers so are washable.
Water tank is under the sink area with loads more storage under there.
Rear area takes 2 superbikes or shitload of tools.
Gas cylinder is in there (full).
Has no provision for waste water, pipe just exits under van.
Bed area needs a ladder knocking up
Passenger seat swivels round and goes back, makes more room.
Theres 12v and 240v strip lights.
Hob and grill work fine
gas fridge is good, has freezer compartment and can actually freeze stuff!
240v sockets and 30AMP breaker wired into an RCD.
12V liesure and split charge.
Fitted a second hand box a while back and new clutch, tow bar and socket.
Awning goes on the side, it’s all ally, goes together easyBad bits
Speedo has a mind of it’s own, needs looking at.
Just put new wings and arches on it, so they’re in primer, but I have the paint for them.
Had a new battery a while back but there a little leak flattenign the batery, need to stick a meter on it and pull fuses until you find it.

Well, it’s a good start. I think you get better value for money by buying a half finished van and doing the tidying up. That’s what i did (am doing!) with my VW. I put bikes in the backk of mine, but Vespas not superbikes!
I made a ladder for my old T25 so the kids could get up into bed out of an IKEA ladder from a bunk bed.
