ParticipantI am taking a cross country (U.S.A.) road trip this summer for two months. I am looking into converting my 2005 Kia Sorento into a camper. I basically need the capacity to store camping supplies and create a seat that converts into a bed. Does anyone have any input? Anyone know of examples of minivans that have been converted?
Need a sample layout plan to get me started. Any advise is greatly appreciated.

KeymasterIs this for 1 person? I
Is this for 1 person? I would leave a permanent single bed in the back. This should take up half of the rear area. With the other half neatly store your camping equipment. You can lay things on the bed during the day, then move them off when sleeping. Not having to make a bed up will make a huge difference. Use the cab area for daytime activities.Hopefully the following links will help:
