I have a Ford Rimel campervan in Spain with Italian plates, it isnt taxed MOT´d or insured. It runs but is´nt road worthy yet. In time I want to get it on the road again, but I am moving back to the uk soon & really dont want to leave it here.
How can i get it back? I have had a few quotes for 3,500 euros to tow it back, which is a too expensive for me. Would it be possible to insure it & have them to tow it back?
Any sugestions?August 19, 2011 at 9:08 am #150785Major GruberParticipantWould it be possible to hire
Would it be possible to hire a 4X4 and trailer? I did this to get my Transit back from Yorkshire. It might be cheaper if you do the driving.August 19, 2011 at 9:08 am #150787Major GruberParticipantWould it be possible to hire

If I put a wood burner in my van can I put the pipe out the side of my van or has it got to go through the roof thanks
I’ve only ever seen them out

Perhaps it’s too dangerous to have it hanging out of the side?
