Grey Water Dumping and other plumbing stuff

Advice on plumbing sought please. If we install a grey water tank under our bus, how do we go about dumping the contents. I’ve watched motorhomes drive over the grilles in the Aires in France and presumably hit a button to open a valve somewhere. Presumably in some places/other countries it will be neccessary to run a hose to a dumping point – does anyone have any advice on the best system to use. On the same theme we are looking at installing a Fiamma 72 lt fresh water tank and about a 30 lt grey water tank for our family of 4 does this sound reasonable (we probably won’t have a shower)?
