Hi. I’ve bought a new Espacher D2 Airtonic diesel heater. Now I just need it fitting in my Peugeot Expert. With everything I’ve already being doing to the van, I decided this was probably 1 step too far, although there are parts of the installation like bolting it to the floor, which I would do.

I’ve struggled to find anyone that would be able to do it this week and I currently have a quote of around £300. Does anyone have any idea of anyone who may be able to fit / help fit the heater for less / this week. I’m based in the Manchester area, but would be interested in travelling if necessary.

    Thanks
    John

    Diesel heater!
    Hello!
Whats the problem with fitting it yourself, is it new or used? I can be a bit of a dumbo at times but have fitted two in the past and have found it quite easy, if second hand are you sure it works? Have you any fitting instructions if not you can down load from internet. If second hand and you hav’nt seen it running I recommend you set it up on your work bench and test first, it’s much easier to sort out problems standing up rather than squeezed inside a small space. Sorry but I can-not offer to help fit it. £300 sounds a lot but very few of this type of jobs are straight forward.

best of luck Bill hello again just noticed you say the heater is NEW if so you should be able to get fitting instructions from the seller?
