Custom Camper Conversion

Me and my girlfriend are looking to get our first camper soon and want to buy a van, then get it converted. But we don’t want a flat pack conversion, we want something similar to this…

But most companies seem to do the flat pack furniture conversions, so looking for recommendations for a company that could do this for us?
