This van is ready for all your travels! It can fit a bed size that is just shy of a king size, but will definitely fit a queen. There is a Maxxair Fan Deluxe, kitchen sink, refrigerator, two burner stovetop, 400W of solar, lots of lighting and electrical outlets. Cabinets line the entire length of the left side in the living area. There are also cabinets on the right backside of the van as well. An included outdoor solar shower with a privacy tent.

It could use paint on the cabinets and trim, along with hanging the precut cabinet doors, if you prefer. The van comes with all the current paint colors, extra flooring, and extra hardware for cabinetry if needed.

The sink area comprises a handmade undermount copper sink, along with a rubbed bronze kitchen faucet. It is powered by a 12v Floject Automatic 2.9 GPM pump. Enough flow to wash dishes and do anything you should need to do in a quick manner. The sink pump is connected with an easy standard on/off house switch to make controlling a breeze. It also comes with a retro 3.2 cu ft. Frigidaire fridge, which has a freezer area as well. The whole kitchen area is topped with a beautiful custom cut hardwood oak countertop with a live edge and sealed with marine grade epoxy.

The electrical system is fed by a 400W solar system with a 138Ah Lithium battery. The main wiring throughout the van is wired with thicker wire than is needed for just about anything you would run on 12v, in an effort to future proof it. The inverter, battery charger and anything that is getting 120v electricity is also wired with cables larger than needed, but helps ensure any energy is safely transported from the solar panels into the inverter and into all of the electrical system. The ceiling has dimming LED recessed puck lights, that can either make the van super bright down to a low light ambiance.

I built a partition wall between the cab and the back with a sliding wood door . This both significantly cuts down on the hot temperatures and the sound. It took me days of trial and error to get the angles to maximize the space in the back and maneuverability of the seats in the front. Now since the door opens you can push either cool or warm air into the back without any problem. I’ve been in about 20 degree weather and had the heater on in the cab and it was toasty in the back.

The insulation in the van is R-6 Insulation foam board (there is a picture). It is on the ceiling, under the floor and on the walls. This make the van noticeably warmer and cooler than the cab area.
