I’d been thinking about making this topbox to fit on the rack for a while. I can use the extra storage for things I don’t need every day. The carcase is made from 12mm WBP ply which I’ve glued and pinned together. The top will be somewhat thinner, to bend over. The unusual squat treasure chest design allows me to store larger stuff and still keep some kind of aerofoil shape to help air flow over it. We’ll see…
