The hole cut out ready for the shower room window from…. ebay! I cut a template from a piece of scrap ply (you could use cardboard I suppose) and marked the shape of the hole on the inside of the van prior to cutting out with the jigsaw. I made the hole about 5mm larger than the window all round.
