    Hi
    This sounds like a good

    Hi

This sounds like a good idea. I have stayed at campsites that have youth hostels, hotels attached, and it seems like the most profitable way to run it. You have different people staying, all using the facilities where you can make money (restaurant, bar, shop, etc).

Being by the airport can be good for camper vans and caravans as it is generally easy to drive to the airport area, and one doesn’t have to drive near or through the city, which is not easy in a big vehicle.
However, people don’t like to sleep near airport noise. So you need to be careful about the noise. Sometimes it is not too bad.

I have seen campers with car
I have seen campers with car sunroofs fitted.
You need to have a very flat area for it.

My van van cam with a non-opening sunroof, just for light.
I then adapted it to open.
