    Hi guys!

Any advice would be much appreciated… I’m basically looking to find out what is the best order to do things. I have a VW LT35 luton and would like to:

    a) Knock through from the cab to the luton,
    b) Sort out the electrics
    c) Do the insulation
    d) Do the windows

I was thinking of doing it in this order, does this make sense? I thought I’d check with you lot before storming in there! Are there any tips? Somebody said to do the windows first, but then wouldn’t I have to know the thickness of the luton box and insulation all together before I fit them?

    Thanks again for any help.

    Jodie 🙂 xx

  1. Hi Jodie
    Your order sounds

    Hi Jodie

Your order sounds good.  One thing to consider though: you might want to do the windows second, because you wont have to worry about stumbling across an electrical wire you have fitted, and you might find it easier to fit the insulation around the window, rather than having to cut through the insulation when you fit the window.  It’s a matter of personal preference, but I’d fit the windows before lining or insulation the van.  This will allow a better finish around the window.
