Do you no the weight you are putting into you van I have seen a lot of peoples on you tube useing plywood sheets 3-2timberfor framing putting sound proof in then insulation? Why for one insulation does your soundproofing. Plywood is to heavy 3-2 is to much guys most of your vans have a 1 ton limit on them so by the time you have finished them put in your stuff in to go away you are driving overweight which gets you points on your license also useing a lot more fuel . There is a lot better options out there what will save you money on the long run and also keep your van light do some research on camper van builds you might pay a little more at first but will last a lot longer overtime
