VW Transporter External Shower

Looking to add a External shower to my VW Transporter T5

I know how to get the 3 services to the rear of the van
i.e
Gas
Water
12volt Power

Not quite sure what the best way to connect them up.
i.e do I need to get separate items for each
e.g Bullfinch Gas Outlet Point as a example

Or is there a unit that could combine all the outlets in to one Unit.
Water / Gas / 12 Volt

Note will also need a waterproof microswitch to turn the water pump on.
