thats interesting i have the

Depends how long your trip is for. If it’s a few weeks, or even a month or so, just take full bottles with you.
If the bottles are likely to run out whilst you are away, then considering getting a camping gaz bottle to take. You can normally find these cheaply online or in the classifieds of newspapers. You will need a different regulator for the camping gaz bottle, but you could probably get one for £10 on eBay. You could take a full Calor bottle, and a full camping gaz. When the Calor runs out, swap to the camping gaz. The get the Camping Gaz replaced when it’s empty.If you are staying in France for months then it’s probably worth getting a French gas bottle.
It depends on how much gas you use.
