Hey Darren,

I’ve been reading your posts on your website for quiet a while now and I’m really interested in investing for a conversion. Would you have any idea as to how much it would cost for the conversion? I am really inexperienced in this field but I’m very intrigued as to how this will play out. I was also wondering if you may have done any conversion jobs for people similar to me.
