Hi. Complete novice here so was after some advice. We have just taken our leisure battery off our 1974 t2 van for the first time to replace it. It seems our positive and negative terminals had small eyes on the end that were placed over the battery posts and then tightened on with a nut?!? The eyes are only 20mm wide at most and so all leisure batteries we are looking at, the round posts are too big for the eyes to go on. The battery we had was a platinum leisure one but even the ones they sell are too big. I don’t know why ours is like this. Any ideas anyone? Many thanks. Danny
