    Hello,

    Me and a few friends are looking to buy a 4 person campervan – probably from ebay. I am trying to find out how much insurance will likely cost; we intend to take it around Europe and we are all 19 years old.

    Also if we buy a vehicle from ebay does it need to have an MOT before we can drive it home?

    I believe that the only legal way you could drive a van without an MOT is if you are driving it to a MOT station, with which you have arranged a MOT inspection.
