    hi guys, i have an 81 toyota dyna that has a 5R petrol and gas motor that has blown…it is a 5 speed maunual and i was thinking of what other motor may fit in? im having real trouble finding parts and other engines…any ideas?

    Engine replacement.
    Are you wanting to keep it petrol? If not, I’d go for an Omega 2.2dti engine and ‘box. Nice and compact and plenty of power. Or how about a BMW derv?
