Just joined…..found lots of info and help already just by reading these forums.
I’m an Aircraft Engineer working at London Gatwick. Will be shortly starting a conversion of a Renault Trafic Sport SWB panel van into a two berth campervan……..looks like I have been swayed to go down the “standard layout ” route as this seems to tick all the right boxes for me and the missus…… R/h side furniture / sink / hob . 3/4 rock and Roll ( no need for seat belts on this) Swivel seats at the front. Originally started looking at VWs T5 but going for the Renault as better “speced” for same outlay. Looking forward to getting started proper !May 1, 2012 at 7:00 am #125231DarrenKeymasterNice to hear from you.
