A friend of mine had a similar problem but on a different vehicle. In his case the heater fan was basically inaccessible for replacement. He bought an inline boat fan, and a PWM speed controller for it, and just bypassed the original fan altogether. Something similar might work well for you too if you can’t find a suitable replacement.Good Luck!
