Ah , good, thanks – should reduce opening noise partic when nipping out at 2 in the morning on a quiet campsite (thats the trouble with beer) – my daughter described the sound as ‘like killing a Ringwraith’!!
I can’t recommend a product,
I can’t recommend a product, but I have used a special motorbike chain spray. It is very thick, so it doesn’t run away, and lubricates very well.
It’s so think it’s like string when it sprays out of the can.
Grease is also good, but watch out for clothing.
