ParticipantHello,
I’m not going to bore you about me I am going to cut to the chase.
I would really like a camper van;
• I am a 1st time buyer
• My budget is small
• I would like a 4 berth van
• Pop up van I think – unless otherwise told!!!
• Nothing too big because we don’t have a big space to put it
• Something easy to work on (as I am not very good at that sort of thing)Please can anyone make any suggestions?
I would be very grateful otherwise I will end up losing money due to my lack of knowledge.
Thank you all

KeymasterIt really depends on your
It really depends on your budget.
If you want a pop up roof, you’ll really restricted to the VW vehicles, as few others have that roof.
T25s are easy to work on. T2s expensive as they are classics. The T4 is more modern, but more expensive.
4 berth is hard in a small van. With a pop-top 2 can often sleep in the roof section, but that’s only OK for summer really.VWs hold their value really well.

Bongo’s can be great. They are small inside though, as they were made as people carriers, and converted to campers.August 14, 2012 at 2:17 pm #122044Darren
