http://www.campingcard.co.uk/gb/en/europe/This book costs about 12 euros and offers reductions on campsites using their card. It’s only valid out of peak season (not July and August)but all the sites we stayed at were very good quality.
Prices range from 12 to 16 euros per day.
There are also a few books available – https://www.vicarious-shop.com/search.php?mode=search&page=2
Look for books on “Aires”.

i have done the research but still believe in the recommendations of experienced members.i am looking for 2or3 sites in Dorset which are small with few facilities and hopefully not too expensive.
A pub nearby would be a bonus
