    hi got a LDV Maxus and looking at making it in to a campervan now not sure what size batteries I need and also thinking of putting a sola panel any one got any ides I am trying to make sure everything in the van runs of 12v so will not have to put 240v in to the van any ideas will be good thanks Sid

    What equipment do you intend to run from the electrics?
    Will you use 12v chargers or perhaps 240v through an inverter?
    Do you use the van for weekend use of long term full time use?

    I have a maxus too, i have 3 x 100w flexible panels on the top of the van ( not visible as the are just 3mm thick ) and 4 x 220 amp hr trojan t105 batteries.

    This proves ample in summer ( for my uses ) . I use this calculator to ‘size’ my setup:
