Touring Base van for Biking

At present it's just a van!
Plan is to fit a set of folding seats in the back 2m of the van that can be used as either 2 single beds, 1 big double bed, seating and eating area and bike storage when folded up!
Rest of the van - well cooking area and a load of cupboards along the tops and a small wardrobe. MAYBE a toilet with small sink in it but not sure.
Still in planning stage of the conversion but i have the van so ready to start!
Any advice or comments greatly appriciated!!
