Third bed for a Timberland

Hello all... Newbie here, as I've only just found this excellent site.
We have a 2005 Timberland Endeavour, based on a Fiat Ducato van conversion.
It's a 2 berth with a large pull out bed, but when we want to take our young son, he has to sleep
under the bed on the floor, with his head sticking out of course... Not ideal.
Does anyone know of any "conversions" to make the front seats into a bed if they are swivelled to face each other?
I'd be ok with adding some support fittings to the doors etc.
Many thanks

There are 2 options

There are 2 options really.
1. Make a piece wood with foam on to sit between the two front seats, filling the gap and making a bed. You would need to be faiyl skilled to make it the right shape so that it would fill the gap and leave a flat bed.
2. Make a complete mini-bed to sit on top of the front seats. A thick piece of plywood (maybe 18mm thick), cut to the correct shape. then covered in foam, should do a good job. Storing this could be difficult during the day. Would be fine if you had a garage area in you van.
