OVEN INSTALLATION NEED HELP PLEASE!!
Hello everyone i am new to the community and am just about to convert my merc sprinter lwb. did a really cheap conversion last year using old bits of wood from skips and spending little money. have saved up now and am converting properley and need alittle help!
i have brought a rose 6070 oven with hob and was woundering if anyone knows if it need venting in any way. ie a vent in the side of the van? my old one had a flu pipe that vented outside, but this one doesent seem to have one. i can see see there is an inlet on the rear of the oven should i cut a vent into the side of the van so it can draw air into and burn etc? if so do i need extractor or something above the oven to take burnt air away?
please help in any way you can im sure there is sombody that has fitted one of these or simalar
luke :)
thanks darren im of the same thought, that as long as im well ventalated it fine i have two rof vents also horse box window, after viewing one of these inside a caravan and seeing it has no ventalation from outside the van i think i will proceed with just installing it into a frame. thanks for the resopnse :)

hmm, not sure about this oven. Can't find any instructions anywhere.
I fitted a Calor oven (you know the old enabled white ones) to my camper. It had a vent on the back which I changed to vent up through the grill, as I didn't want to have more holes to the outside of the van.
So air was being drawn from inside the van, and the hot gases out through the top.
As the windows and vents were always open when using the oven, I never had a problem with fumes.
I would try and find some fitting instructions. But failing that, I wouldnt worry about venting gases in or out to the outside of the van, as long as you keep windows open when using it.
