Am a new member wanting some advice if possible

I have bought a Merc Vito mk2 to do a few mods to, ie windows, bed etc

Has anyone had any experience of or tried to remove the passenger bench seats on this vehicle? I am hoping to replace with captains seats, but looks like they are going to be a pain to remove

Tentatively investigating, didn't want to dismantle more than necessary at the moment. Just looks like some of the fixings are under the front floor shell. Wondered if I was being too picky and anyone would say, no problem, just do this, this & this etc

what about the battery and electrics under the seat are you going to change seat base and seat also if its a 2004 model onwards there is the loom running for the left hand side of the centre console under the floor to the rear lights and rear axle sensors
