I have just brought a Mercedes 308D Campervan (not collected it yet), Don't know a lot about them, but I think it is a TN Chassis. 1993 K reg. Would like to hear from others who have the same van. I will post pitures as soon as I can.
hi I have a merc 307 1980 camper left hand drive old but good had no major probs but big but blow the engine in pendine sands and still got home to cardiff under own steam (2 cylinders) cant fault it
Very reliable and solid vehicles. Not as refined as the new Sprinters, but they last very well.
Can be a bit slow.
Thanks to Darren I can now post a comment correctly. We had a Mercedes 208D builder's van for 4 years and it was wonderfully reliable. Parts were always easy to get even in Turkey. We loved that van!
